By accessing or using Ghostline, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

The service

Ghostline provides end-to-end encrypted chats and voice messages. It uses an anonymous device identity and does not require an account. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

Your device and identity

Any information you provide must be truthful and lawful
Keep access to your device secure
You are responsible for activity under your device identity

Prohibited conduct

Posting illegal, harassing, infringing or malicious content
Attacking, scanning or disrupting the service
Collecting or spreading other people's data without authorization
Using the service for spam or any unlawful purpose

Content and responsibility

You keep the rights to the content you send and are responsible for its legality and consequences. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for conduct between users, or for risks caused by a lost device or a leaked key.

Interruptions and changes

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures or force majeure. We do our best to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

If you break the law or these terms, we may suspend or end your access to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction.
